Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy are 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, please contact us with your concerns to discuss.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return your product, please contact us for further information. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Damaged or faulty products can be returned at no cost to the customer. Please contact us for your refund or replacement as per the customer’s wishes.

We are also happy to discuss any ‘change of mind’ situations as we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our goal at Dizzy Desy is to make ‘you’ the customer happy, so please contact us with any concerns so that we can attempt to resolve any issues,

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
